HaMesayaat is a digital platform developed by the Local Government Center, in collaboration with the Community Centers Company. It was established to provide an immediate response to the critical workforce shortage in local authorities. Currently, there is a shortage of over 3,000 teaching assistants in local authorities, including in kindergartens. To help ensure continuity and stability, we developed a technological and operational service that enables the recruitment of high-quality, temporary staff to address the shortage of teaching assistants
